Here’s the timetable for the 2022 ANBC National Grand FinalTimetable by Busking Stations
One of Australia’s leading Latino percussionists and cajon players, Rodrigo Martin-Silva will be conducting a free cajon workshop at the Alpine Hotel Cooma from 10.00 to11.00 am on Sunday 27 November.
Rodrigo not only plays and teaches cajon, he makes them as well. His RP cajons are much sought-after instruments by musicians all around Australia. So let’s have some fun learning to play the cajon after the big busking day. Cajons will be provided for the class.
We’ll be staying around after the workshop for an Open Mic so bring your instrument for the BrekkieJam from 11.00 am to 12.30 pm. The Open Mic will be conducted by legendary guitarist, Simon Grace from BerriJam fame.
There’ll be more fun free workshops in Cooma Centennial Park on Saturday 26 November.
The Busker Tokens can be purchased by the public during the ANBC competition from volunteers.
The tokens cost $1 each.
There is a limit of 50 tokens per customer.
People can vote for their favourite busker by tipping them with BuskeTokens.
The Busker Tokens are tallied up at the end of the street performances and the buskers that get the most tokens will win cash prizes.
1st $500
2nd $400
3rd $300
4th $200
